WoodmenLife chapters had another busy month! Our members showed their ongoing commitment to family, community and country — and they had some fun at the same time.

Above, WoodmenLife Representative Fred Leviton — on behalf of Chapter 1408 in Southaven, MS — presented a Heart & Heritage Award® to the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office.

Chapter 3 in Jacksonville, FL, presented a donation of $2,000 to Community Health Outreach, which provides medical and dental care to those who can’t afford it. Pictured are former Chapter President Landon Neil, Dr. Rob Thomas and Chapter Treasurer Ruth Neil.

Members with Chapter 567 in Ayden, NC, partnered with Grimesland Masonic Lodge to deliver hurricane relief supplies to residents of Black Mountain and Swannanoa, NC. While there, a new flag was presented to the Black Mountain Masonic Lodge to replace their flag that was torn apart in Hurricane Helene. Chapter 68 in Searcy, AR, presented a check for $2,500 to the Searcy School District Family Resource Center. The mobile resource center provides toiletries, clothing and laundry supplies to students and families.

Members with Chapter 130 in Tupelo, MS, presented a $10,000 donation to the Regional Rehab Center. The nonprofit provides free therapy, treatment and other services to people with disabilities in North Mississippi. For the Georgia Central Senior Trip, members age 55 and up visited the historic Destrehan Plantation in Louisiana.

Volunteers in Mississippi South helped with the Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Climb in Biloxi, MS. Since 9/11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation has been supporting Veterans and First Responders.
