Home Office Happenings

WoodmenLife is committed to offering training to our Sales Representatives to help them grow and develop the skills they need to best serve our members. New Representatives are invited to Sure Start, a series of lessons that helps them kick off their careers with WoodmenLife. Throughout the year after their Sure Start education, Representatives have a friendly competition with their classmates to see how well they put their lessons into action and compare their sales achievements.

Congratulations on your Sure Start victory! How did you celebrate?

I celebrated with a spa day that my manager rewarded me with.

What inspired you to choose a career with WoodmenLife?

What drew me to WoodmenLife is what it stands for. We’re here for our members, we give back to the community, and we’re focused on making a difference.

Have you always wanted to pursue a career in sales?

Yes, I love connecting with people, understanding their needs, and helping find a solution.

What drives you to deliver great service for your members?

I’m driven by the mindset that everyone is important and every family deserves the best service we can provide.

What does success look like to you?

Success for me is doing what you love.

Tell us a little about how you’re involved in your community. Why is community outreach so important to you?

I’m very involved with several churches in my community and participate in community events whenever I can. Outreach matters to me because my role at WoodmenLife isn’t just business — it’s about how we can show up, give back, and truly impact people’s lives.

Do you have a particularly memorable moment from your time so far with WoodmenLife?

The most memorable moments are when we get together as a team to learn and have fun.

What are your goals for the future?

My goal is to expand my ability to host educational conferences and provide educational information about life insurance to empower my community.
