Strengthening Our Community Involvement Through Giving Together Program

Jan 7, 20261/7/2026

Community

The WoodmenLife mission is to unite hardworking Americans to secure their financial future while strengthening our communities and country. It was this mission that drove us to create the Giving Together program in 2019.

Giving Together helps us make a difference by empowering Sales Representatives to build teams of volunteers that improve hometowns through beautification, clean-up, and painting projects.

The work done in 2025 helped us continue to grow the impact we make in communities. Some stats from last year’s program:

  • 452 projects completed
  • $230,175 spent to support the projects
  • 3,150 volunteers
  • 14,240 volunteer hours
  • $495,410 total value of volunteer time

“Our Giving Together program had another successful season in 2025,” said Robby Molony, Vice President, Fraternal for WoodmenLife. “Our Sales Representatives and volunteers improved the communities they live in. I’m impressed by our volunteers, their volunteer hours, and the great quality of the projects. I look forward to even greater results in 2026!”

Since we started our Giving Together program, thousands of volunteers have conducted thousands of projects, logging tens of thousands of hours helping in their communities. Plus, more than $1 million has been spent to support these efforts.

The Giving Together program furthers our vision to be known as an insurer with a purpose. When someone becomes a WoodmenLife member1, they become part of something more. We’re more than life insurance — we’re also here to make a difference in hometowns across country.
