Community

WoodmenLife chapters had another busy month! Our members showed their ongoing commitment to family, community, and country — and they had some fun at the same time.

Did your chapter do a really cool project? We want to hear about it! Upload your photo and tell us all about the project at WoodmenLife.org/Photos. You could see your photo featured here!

Above, members with Chapter 18 in Columbia, TN, hosted a breakfast to show their appreciation for the First Responders of Maury County, TN.

Three women stand behind full grocery carts. In the grocery carts are Coke, Diet Coke, bottled water, chips, beef jerky, cookies and other snacks.

For its quarterly shared commitment project, Chapter 924 in Scottsville, KY, purchased snacks and drinks for the Allen County Coroner staff, which works unusual hours. Pictured are chapter members Judy Wooten, Linda Cherry, and Amanda Green.

Five people pose for a picture with someone in an Easter bunny costume. They are standing/sitting below a balloon arch, made up of pastel-colored balloons.

Chapter 3668 in Orange Grove, TX, hosted a fun community Easter event at the Orange Grove Junior High practice field. Pictured are San Juanita Gaza, Lynnta Peralez, Melinda Colmenero (in the bunny costume), Oscar Facundo, Nancy Munguia, and Lisa Lara.

Three people stand behind a table. On the table are Easter baskets filled with candy, cartoon bunnies, and decorations in the shapes of flowers and eggs. Behind them on the wall is a sign that says "Pebble with Ripples."

Chapter 3668 in Orange Grove, TX, was really in the Easter mood! Chapter members set up a table to hand out Easter candy to seniors at the Loving Ripples community center. Pictured are Lynnta Peralez, Oscar Facundo, and Nancy Munguia.

Six people stand behind four grocery carts. The carts are filled with various foods for donation, including ramen packages, canned food, and condiments.

Members with Chapter 328 in Ahoskie, NC, purchased donations for the St. John 2nd Baptist Church Food Pantry.

Three women appear in the photo. The two women on either end are wearing blue WoodmenLife T-shirts. The woman in the middle is holding a certificate.

Officers with Chapter 624 in Newton, MS, presented a 75-year anniversary pin and certificate to long-standing member Barbara Savell. Pictured are Shirley Murphy, Savell, and Linda Massey.

Photo shows a table. On the table are about 25 individually packaged mini bundt cakes. Each has a tag on it.

To show their appreciation for all they do, members of Chapter 3668 in Orange Grove, TX, presented mini bundt cakes to the staff at Skidmore-Tynan Junior High.

Four people stand together for the photo. The person on the left is holding a folded-up American flag. The person on the right is holding a blue WoodmenLife flag box. The two people in the middle are both holding up a sign that says "MAC, Military Affairs Committee, Carteret County Chamber of Commerce." Behind them is an American flag on a flagpole.

Chapter 1513 in Morehead City, NC, presented American flags to the Carteret County Chamber of Commerce. The flags will be awarded to the recipients of the Military Affairs Committee Service Person of the Quarter. Pictured are chapter officers Susan Davis and Travis Davis with chamber representatives Sharii Phelps and Taylor McCune.
